As a token of our appreciation, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 that are being shipped within the continental United States. For smaller items and international orders, we utilize USPS with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, based on shipping costs and your location, which our shipping department determines on an individual order basis. Larger orders and most vaporizers are shipped via standard Ground to non-residential addresses.

During the checkout process on our website, the shipping costs will be calculated in real-time. However, if you need to make any changes to the shipping method, kindly contact our Customer Service Department, and they will assist you further.

At Mattress Temple, we genuinely care about the well-being of your package. To ensure its safe delivery, we cover the cost of delivery confirmation on all shipments sent via USPS First Class Mail. For most vaporizers and larger items shipped with FedEx, tracking information is readily available, and we can easily monitor the progress. As soon as your order is packed up by our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation via email to the address provided during the purchase.

For orders totaling $200 and above, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like to request an adult signature requirement, please contact us for more information and specific details.

Please note that if your tracking information initially shows as "Not Found," we recommend allowing until 7:00 pm EST for it to update on the respective tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Once the package is picked up by the courier, the tracking information will be updated on the website accordingly.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) when placed Monday-Friday by 2:00pm EST. Some orders may take longer to fulfill depending on availability. Once your order is shipped, arrival can take another 3-5 business days. Please note delays in transit are possible due to an influx of online orders and shortage of workers nationwide during the Covid-19 pandemic.

As our products are intended for personal use, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used in any way. In the event that you need to initiate a return, please familiarize yourself with the following details:


To ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange, all items purchased from Mattress Temple must meet the following requirements without exceptions:

1. The item(s) must be in their original, brand-new condition.
2. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date.
3. Any damage to glass components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by contacting our customer support at 123-456-7890 or emailing us at Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number, which must be clearly written on all sides of the return packaging to ensure proper identification.
5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that this does not include any reimbursement for expedited shipping selected during the initial order. We strongly advise customers to use a tracked and insured shipping method for return shipments. Mattress Temple cannot provide refunds for lost or damaged returns unless they are trackable and insured.
6. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance for the return package. Mattress Temple cannot accept receipt of the return or issue a refund if the package is lost or damaged during transit.
7. If an item has been opened, tampered with, or has broken factory seals, a processing fee of 20-50% will apply at the discretion of Mattress Temple. The item(s) must be returned in their entirety to avoid additional processing fees, which can reach up to 50%. This includes charging cables, covers, storage, parts, and accessories.
8. Mattress Temple reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and may request additional information as necessary.
9. All refunds will be processed within two (2) business weeks from the date of receipt at our warehouse.
10. Once all the aforementioned conditions are met, a full refund or exchanged merchandise will be provided.

We value your satisfaction and aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please ensure compliance with these guidelines to facilitate a prompt resolution.


Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.


International returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction so we will do everything in our power to facilitate a smooth return or exchange. Due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, such as larger shipping costs, customs fees, and the like, we may not always be able to accommodate.

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery! All glass damages must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours to be considered for a refund or exchange.
