The Site’s main purpose is to provide a website for you to purchase items.  We do not generally share Personal Information about you, however, there are some types of Personal and Non-Personal Information that may be shared with third parties when you purchase an item, such as fulfillment companies or payment processors.  The categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for a business purpose are financial information, identification information, and commercial information. 

When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter into agreements with the recipients that requires the recipient to keep the information confidential.  We may share your information with:

  • Third-Party Processors : your payment and transaction information is used to process your purchase. Such information may be processed using a third-party processor.
  • Service Providers : we may use various service providers to respond to customer inquiries, send emails, track engagement, fulfill your order, or to otherwise provide you the Services. We may share your information with service providers to provide the Services to you.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, Quality Smoke Shop has not sold any personal information and will not sell your personal information.

Email Marketing Opt-Out

If you sign up for our newsletter and decide that you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can opt-out or unsubscribe by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the email you receive.  Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process your unsubscribe request.

Right to Request Personal Information : Under the CCPA, California residents are given the right to receive information regarding the preceding twelve (12) months about the categories of personal information we collect and how it is used, the specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources we share information to, and the business or commercial purpose for selling the information.  The first Section of this Privacy Policy, titled “Categories and Collection of Information” provides you with the categories of personal information collected and how the information is shared.

Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information : The CCPA gives California consumers the right to request the deletion of any personal information collected and retained by Mattress Temple, subject to certain exceptions.  Upon receiving your request, Mattress Temple will verify that such request is accurate and complete.  Upon verifying your identity, Mattress Temple will delete your personal information from its records, unless an exception applies.

Mattress Temple will make its best efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receiving the request.  If Mattress Temple needs more time to complete the request, it will confirm with you in writing.  Disclosures will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding your request.

Mattress Temple does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or such other age as may be restricted under local law). If you provide us with credit card information, the information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  All payment gateways adhere to the standard set by PCI-DSS.
